Chicken Russian Kabab

This rich creamy and crispy combination of butter, cheese and chicken, vegetables and then potato coated with egg, rolled in vermicelli and then fried, i bet you cant eat just one. The name Russian kabab does not mean it originated from Russia its just a name given to this dish and as William Shakespeare said "Whats in a name" so lets not get into the history and enjoy this marvelous mystery. The best part is these kababs or cutlets can be frozen in air tight containers and then when you want to use them just dip them in egg then roll them in vermicelli and fry them as an instant snack.
In this video which you will find at the bottom of this blog i have shown how to make Russian Kababs at home. Russian kabab is very famous dish which is served as a starter or can be eaten as a snack  and due to a lot of requests from my subscribers i have shown this secret recipe. I call it secret because i have simplified it my way. It is a Ramadan special recipe.

Ingredients -

1/2kg boneless chicken

Salt as per your taste

2 cardamom

15-20 black pepper

5-6 cloves

2-3 cinnamon

2 eggs

1 onion chopped

Few coriander leaves

1 tsp white pepper powder

Salt as per your taste

Few spring onion leaves

3-4 Green chillies chopped

Few mint leaves

1 cup milk

1 tbsp corn flour

1 tbsp butter

1 cup cheese
