For mutton marination
500 gms minced mutton
1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds
salt to taste
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 lemon juice
1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1tbsp gram flour
1-2 chopped green chllies
few coriander leaves
finely chopped onions
few mints leaves
1 egg
1 soaked bread
Oil for frying
Bread/pav
butter
